  The worst customer service I've ever experienced at a popeyes. After they gave me an incomplete order that I didn't realize because I trusted they would provide what I ordered, I get home to find their error. I call, they say drive back to get the complete order, my wife arrives and they act ad if they're doing me a favor. Didn't apologize or offer anything for their mistake and for us to drive back. This store will not receive anymore of my money both from personal and business orders.

  Best Popeyes drive-thru experience I've had since moving to Mississippi, Jhania was courteous, easy to understand over the speaker, and double checked to make sure I got the pieces I asked for in my 4 PC dinner.l with the kitchen before handing it to me. Looks like whatever they changed after closing the Jackson High St location is working.
